I added a Reiseversicherung which was a simple checkbox option. My travel documents arrived via email about a week after booking, which was timely. The Direktflüge ab Wien were convenient, and the flight itself was smooth. Upon arrival, the Hoteltransfer was well-organized; a representative was waiting with a clear sign. The chosen hotel, one of their Red Sea Hotels, met expectations for a Luxushotel Hurghada with good service and amenities. The only minor point was a slight delay at check-in, but nothing major. Overall, a reliable and well-executed travel experience from start to finish.

Booked a Hurghada Pauschalreise. Everything was straightforward. Flights and hotel were good. No issues. Would book again.

Easy family vacation

We did a Familienurlaub Ägypten, specifically stayed at the Siva Grand Beach. It was super easy to book online, I just picked the dates and it all came together. The kids had a blast, and the All-Inclusive Verpflegung meant we didn't have to worry about food or drinks all the time, which was a relief. The Hoteltransfer was included, which was great after a long flight. I guess the only thing was the website was a bit slow on my phone sometimes, but it worked out.

Overall decent, small issues

I booked a Marsa Alam Reise with them. The all-inclusive package was good value, especially with the Frühbucher discount I got. The hotel itself was great, just as described. Delivery of the travel documents was a bit slow, took 5 days to reach Denver after booking. Customer service was helpful when I called about a transfer question, but they could improve on communication regarding document dispatch. Still, a solid option for Egypt.
